Over the last 15 years, we have led teams in Human Resources, Sales & Business Development, M&A strategy and integration, Digital Strategy, and Service Operations for some of the most iconic companies in the fire protection industry. First, with Ansul/Tyco, building and leading the merger process that led to an integrated Tyco Fire and Building Products division. Once the new models were in place, we then led a regional sales team and the growth of a $100+ million dollar sales portfolio. After that, we joined The Hiller Companies to lead their efforts in growing their business organically through inspection, test, and maintenance related services; acquiring and integrating fire protection contractor companies throughout the US; and identifying and deploying technology to improve service operations. These initiatives helped transform Hiller's business and grow top line and bottom line performance by more than 2.5x while driving operational efficiencies and improving customer experiences.
